Construction PA


Our client, a privately owned housing developer in North London are looking for a PA / Construction Secretary to support the Construction Director. Duties will include but not limited to: Diary management for the Construction Director Produce minutes for the quarterly production meetings Assemble Land Acquisition, Health & Safety and Board Meeting packs Assistant with creating a procedures manual Letter writing to both internal staff and external contractors and customers Manage any external complaints regarding site issues Perform general administration duties including filing, copying, ordering PPE etc. You must have: Experience in a similar role but not necessarily in Construction Excellent use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent organisation skills and able to work well under pressure The ability to draft a concise and well worded letter
