Benefits: Weekend Enhancements, Company Pension, Paid Training, Blue Light Card, Paid Holiday Our client, a family-run Domiciliary Care provider near Ferndown  area, is seeking a Healthcare Community Worker to join their team. As an award-winning home care company for the past five years, our client is dedicated to supporting their clients in the community, enabling them to remain in their own homes for longer. Healthcare Community Worker Job Duties: Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Assist with meal planning and preparation. Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry. Accompany clients to appointments and outings. Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behaviour. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Required Qualifications: Previous Care Experience desired but non-experience considered NVQ level 2 upwards Driving Licence essential Education: NVQ level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care Experience: Previous experience in a care role is preferred Knowledge and Skills: Good communication skills Proud to care Preferred Qualifications: NVQ level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care Working Conditions: This position involves working with clients in their own homes. The Healthcare Community Worker may need to travel to clients' residences and provide care in various environments. The role may require working on weekends and occasional evenings. The Home Carer should be physically fit and able to perform the duties required in a home care setting.
