Sales Administrator


My client is a large international goods importer and is seeking to recruit an accomplished Sales Administrator to join its busy Sales Department to serve as a point of contact for customers, sales representatives and the sales team with queries regarding invoicing or discrepancies on deliveries

As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for

Creating collection notes and arranging relevant transport

Correction of invoicing errors

Invoicing sample requests

Processing turnarounds on failed deliveries

Setting up new accounts and delivery keys ensuring correct VAT codes and Rep codes are added.

As the quality Sales Administrator you will possess good communication skills, both written and verbal with extensive contact with our Buying Departments and overseas Suppliers.

You will also need to be fully computer literate and a confident user of Excel, Word and Gmail.

This role is offered on a 9-12 month initial contract as requires an immdeiate start.
