The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the education journey for students with Special Educational Needs. You'll work across all year groups in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing invaluable support to help these young minds flourish. Your experience in supporting children with SEN requirements is essential, as you'll be implementing tailored strategies to create an inclusive and enriching learning environment. Requirements: -          Experience in supporting children with SEN requirements is a must. -          A nurturing and patient approach to teaching and learning. -          Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals. -          Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
