Senior Theatre Practitioner


We are looking for a Senior Theatre Practitioner to join an incredible Private Hospital based in Guildford. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, covering a flexible shift pattern across seven days, including on-call. The role comes with a salary of £44,000.00 and excellent benefits. As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will work on developing their services and grow their theatre team. You will also deliver quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care. In your first few weeks in this Senior Theatre Practitioner role, you can expect to: Deliver safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care Support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the operating department Manage and manage a team, coordinating staff training needs and resource requirements within a peri-operative function or surgical speciality Assist in the delivery of patient care. To apply, you will need to be a Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration and have a minimum of three years' experience in coordination, ordering, mentor, overview of guiding others. You will also require the following: Additional skills in recovery and anaesthetics ILS Mentorship qualification Proficiency in the use of a PC, including using software and systems Experience in customer care, including interacting with customers in challenging situations.
