Help students develop essential life skills, independence, and social interaction abilities. Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to enhance learning outcomes. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other professionals involved in the students' education. Requirements: Genuine passion for working with special needs students and a patient, compassionate attitude. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred). Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and different learning styles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and families. Flexibility, adaptability, and the willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are advantageous. Why Join Us?
