Requirements: Genuine passion for working with special needs students and a patient, compassionate attitude. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred). Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and different learning styles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and families. Flexibility, adaptability, and the willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
