Academics have been working with schools in the UK for close to 30 years and our Chelmsford branch, whilst still being new, is flourishing and struggling to meet the supply and PPA cover demand of our lovely partner schools. They are only little now! Want to go back to Education - do a masters or become an educational psychologist? Good for You! Want to travel more outside of the school holidays? No problem with us - life is for living! No matter the reason, we will be here to keep you as busy as possible if you are simply wanting flexibility. A Human Aspect: We like to take the time to build a relationship with our supply teachers, it makes our job more fun and we hope it means you will come back to us! Sickness and family emergencies etc. is understandable and a part of life. Work with an agency where you will have a whole team of lovely consultants working for you. Variety: Maybe you have had a bit of a tough experience in your recent school and need to fall back in love with teaching again rather than the politics? We work with some lovely schools that would love to reignite your passion! And we are always seeking feedback from you so that we know what to expect for our supply teachers. Fair Pay: Working supply is not going to pay the same as a UPS teacher, we offer fair pay of between £130-£230 per day (depending on length of role / responsibilities) and it is your choice whether to be paid via PAYE or via Umbrella. We will not push for either but offer advice on what may be the best option for you depending on your circumstance. What To Do Next?
