Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Aberdeen branch as a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow a desk that supplies Temporary Industrial staff to clients in the Aberdeen area. As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant include; Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships Business to business outbound sales call and marketing activities working to targets Travelling to visit clients for meetings in the Aberdeen area Sourcing and recruiting temporary industrial staff from Forklift truck drivers through to warehouse managers Building relationships with your clients and candidates Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systemsBlue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider.
