Key Account Manager


Our client in Hertford is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their successful team.    The main purpose of the role will be to manage the day-to-day client operations and account management for our key accounts and to manage the operations relating to service provision from clients working closely with the implementation, support, commercial, finance, production and warehouse teams.   Salary £40-43k Office Based Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays Main Duties as a Key Account Manager: Day-to-day account management of the client via email, telephone and face-to-face meetings. Manage communications directly with the client ensuring the other teams are kept up to date. Organise and manage all client meetings including agenda and personnel. Document and manage client requests effectively. Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase commercial potential Report on order fulfilment and stocks takes – liaise with production team who will carry out stock and fulfilment tasks Carry out all day-to-day tasks relating to the contract delivery: Booking in – All aspects of booking in requests and liaison with the client Print & Fulfilment quotations – Provide quotations related to new or top up of stock products for the platform and also adhoc requests outside of the order management platform. Distribution – Management of all ad-hoc order distribution using agreed courier services. Returns – Management of all returns in line with the agreed process. Collections – Management of any collections from client or 3rd party sites. Stock control / inventory – Live stock management using the internal stock inventory tool including low stock notification, forecasting and threshold management. Reporting – Live reporting via the platform for order visibility and stock management. Ad-hoc reports created on request. Order management platform – Operational support for the ordering platform. Manage and refine the account processes for the implementation of the contract Provide constructive feedback on the platform and input for feature requests Creating and managing a weekly report on all project activity for the line manager Manage end of month invoicing and other issues relating to financial operation of the contract. Management of service provision operations. Goods in management Stock audits Returns Refinement of operations processes wherever possible Liaison between the implementation, support and account teams and the production teams Management of service provision SLAs If you are interested in the role, please apply within
