Senior Sustainability Consultant

Senior Sustainability Consultant Ref:BM135 My client is a multidiscipline consultancy who have a deep understanding of the built, natural, and social environment. My client is looking for an experienced senior sustainability consultant to join their sustainability advisory team in London. Role responsibilities include: Producing sustainability and energy statements and reports for clients, building, and developing working relationships Carrying out BREEAM and WELL assessments from inception to completion of projects Undertake whole life carbon assessments and produce LCA's using OneClick software Carry out energy modelling using IES-VE software to produce thermal and overheating modelling, as well as carrying out domestic energy assessments using SAP and PHPPRole requirements include: Relevant MSc within a Sustainability or Environmental science field, with strong experience in a Sustainability Consultant role Experience and good understanding with Environmental certifications such as BREEAM, HGM, and WELL Experience in energy strategy, embodied carbon, and circular economy It would be beneficial to have experience in carrying out thermal comfort and overheating analysis (TM52/TM59), as week as Operational energy (TM54). Experience with Part L regulations with new and existing buildings would be advantageous.
