Account Manager London, Shoreditch £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits Hybrid - 2 days WFH Our client is actively seeking a forward-thinking and positive Account Manager to support their growth trajectory. Dedicated to advancing the use of reusable products, they've expanded their range to include diverse selections, with more innovations underway. The role entails managing a team of 3 & high-volume inbound and high-value orders for a variety of customers. This opportunity demands experience in sales cycle management and familiarity with promotional products. The position offers a hybrid work model of 3 days office based and 2 days WFH per week, encouraging collaboration and flexibility from a lively London office. Key Responsibilities: Foster a high-performing Co-Brand team by employing effective management strategies, coaching methods, and tailored development plans. Manage the Co-Brand P&L with a focus on ensuring sustainable growth. Develop new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with promotional entities and significant enterprise clients. Expand existing accounts to secure recurring business, while coordinating with external partners for timely and quality order fulfillment. Develop & maintain exceptional client relations through effective account management and seamless cross-functional collaboration. Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to uphold leadership in the co-brand sector. Supervise the entire sales process within the CRM system, including report creation and tracking, while advocating for best practices within the commercial team.Key Skills & Experience: Proven track record working in Account Management role at a similar level. Managed junior sales team members for at least 1 year in a high-volume inbound setting. Demonstrated success in competitive sales environments. Preferential background in merchandising or promotional products. Proficient in both external and internal relationship management, with effective influencing skills.
