We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Distribution Team Leader to lead a team of Distribution Coordinators in Coventry. The candidate should be skilled in managing teams, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Description The role of Distribution Team Leader will involve: Leading the distribution team. Working Monday- Friday (day shift). Coordinating tasks for the smooth operation of the department. Handling customer queries and ensuring the timely delivery of products. Working on process improvement and implementation of operational policies. Monitoring the team's performance. Manage relationships with internal departments transport services providers. Train and guide new team members. Address problems with order fulfilment and deal with issues. Profile A successful Distribution Team Leader should have: Proven experience leading teams. A good understanding of distribution processes. Strong IT skills (SAP experience beneficial). Excellent skills in coordinating and managing tasks. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A highly organised, detail-oriented and customer-centric approach. A background in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
