Housing Options Officer

Looking for a more secure and long-term contract position within Housing? A Local Authority in Hampshire are looking for a Housing Options Officer to join their team for at least 3 months. The Housing Options Team Leader has said that this is very likely to extend. If you enjoy working on cases from home then this Housing Options position could be a good fit for you, with only a few days in the office. You will need to have a good working knowledge of HRA and Part VI and VII of The Housing Act 1996 to make effective s184 decisions and PHPs. They are flexible in terms of hourly rate, this will depend on your previous experience within Homelessness Prevention and Relief.
