AFTER SALES FIELD ENGINEER Location: Sheffield, Birmingham or surrounding areas Hours: Monday - Friday Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 About my client: My client is a well established, world leading manufacturer of steel and construction products for both the construction and industrial sectors. As an After Sales Field Engineer, you will be: Commissioning and decommissioning equipment Carrying out maintenance, both reactive and planned Managing the relationships with clients and ensuring their audit information is up to date and in accordance. Ensuring correct and up to date reporting of any work carried out, service reports provided to clients after work detailing symptoms/root causes/actions/parts changed etc. Working alongside others and supervising where necessary, i.e training, testing, installations etc. What you need to be successful: Knowledge and experience of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics or pneumatic systems/equipment (training on any aspects will be given) Have a background in maintenance, both reactive and planned. Be a highly organised, proactive individual with lone and team working abilities.
