Mobile Handyperson Full time, perm £27,000 per year Description We are seeking a friendly and energetic Mobile Handyperson to join our Facilities Services team. As a Mobile Handyperson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. Your main responsibility will be attending to various repair and maintenance tasks across different locations, providing high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment and facilities Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Install and replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and provide appropriate solutions Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and maintenance schedules Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines Assist in the coordination of external contractors for specialized repairs and projects Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance tasks efficiently Requirements Proven experience in general maintenance or related field Strong knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques Experience with handling hand and power tools Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditionsIf you would like to apply please send your CV through to Amie Louisa - (url removed) Resourcing Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
