Security Supervisor

Great opportunity to work as a Security Supervisor, alongside a well-known client in the Slough area. G4S is recruiting for a Security Supervisor to work in Slough. The rate of pay is £14.30 per hour. This is a full-time role working Mon-Fri, days and nights. 60 hours a week. **Please note you must be over the age of 18 to apply for this role** Your Time at Work As a Security Supervisor at G4S, you are more than a Security Guard. You'll ensure the safety of our customers' staff, their buildings, and assets, whilst managing a team and providing excellent customer service with a smile. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment. Other duties include: - experience in a similar position as a supervisor in a corporate environment - Patrols of the site, mainly external and checking each officer is at their stationed point - Checks for security breaches - monthly audits - managing the rota for your team - checking the welfare of your team conducting any disciplinaries when required - Escalation of security breaches to management or the customer - Liaising with authorities if required - Report writing of any incidents on site - Maintaining customer standards at all times Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker is a confident communicator who has the previous experience of leading a team with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key. It is essential that you have a SG or DS licence. A CCTV licence would be advantageous.
