Matchmaker - Part time

We are working with the MARKET LEADER in the matchmaking field who provide introductions for professional people wishing to find a relationship The role will be part-time, working 3 days a week in their beautiful Westminster Office. They are willing to coach the right person who is confident, empathetic and good at building relationships with others. JOB TITLE: Matchmaker / Dating Consultant JOB TYPE: Part-time, Permanent COMPANY TYPE: Premium Matchmaking Company SALARY: £15 per hour, equating to approx. £16,500 pro rata HOURS: 3 days a week, 10:00am - 5:30pm (Mon - Weds preferably) LOCATION: Westminster, London CULTURE: Close-knit, hard-working & friendly team Responsibilities/Duties Interviewing prospective clients advising on the membership queries Provide administrative support to the Senior Consultants Assisting existing clients at their office based appointments including making selections for them Conduct regular reviews with clients, face to face, virtually and on the telephone Ensure that an excellent service is constantly delivered to clients Assist in the creation of new clients profiles and make existing amendments to existing client profiles Help generate new business by speaking with new enquiries on the telephone/ responding to emails Sending renewal invitations to clients we wish to renew their membership on expirySkills and Experience Confident communicator Experience building relationships/networking Sales experience desirable Confidentiality is paramountOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
