Project Manager

Their portfolio include education,health care, leisure, retail, industrial, public realm and MOD projects. This client has been established for over a century and therefore offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to their employees joining the business. They encourage career progression for their employees and have clear support structures in place to assist with your goals. The client is looking for a strong Project Manager who will assist in the pre-construction works and be solely office based. The ideal candidate will have a strong building construction background but also be proficient in programming, use of ASTA, design and planning. You will have ideally worked on projects of a similar sector, including education, health care, industrial and MOD with different build structures including, Timber frame, RC frame and Steel frame. The ideal Project Manager for this company will be a true leader with a keen eye for detail, proficient in design, planning and programming to enable the site team to act efficiently and effectively. You will have excellent management skills and should understand the whole build process. Drawing upon your main contractor background, you will have experience in new build, RC Frame projects. You will be office based in Cambridge and working on projects that range from £10 million to £20 million. The client is keen to get the right candidate on board as soon as possible to join their existing team.
