Senior Site Manager

O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a leading residential contractor who are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join the team on one of their large rc frame developments in West London. Our client are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a block of 150 apartments. You would be overseeing a team of ASMs and Site Managers and reporting into a Senior Project Manager. There is longevity on the scheme, due to it having a completion date of Summer 2026. As well as this, our client are increasing their workload all across London, so there would be commutable projects after this one completes. The ideal candidate would have strong experience working for established developers/contractors working on residential schemes and have strong experience with internal works.
