Hire Co-ordinator/ Logistics coordinator.   Location: Chandlers Ford   Salary: £28000   Hours of work: Monday to Friday Core hours   Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established organisation. who are based in Chandler Ford.   Our client is looking to expand their business and have a newly created role within their Hire and stock control team so this is a role that you can really make your own !   As a Hire Coordinator you will be responsible for:   Responsibility for effectively co-ordinating and scheduling within your department Working within a specialist department who support with the hire of equipment. Managing requests for the hire of equipment from the enquiry through to completion Raising purchase orders Assisting in stock movements and stock control Scheduling engineers in to complete work Managing diaries Supplier invoice processing Liaising with third parties to manage imports and exports. Communicating with clients and supplier via email and on the telephone Maintaining the highest levels of customer service and updating clients at all times Liaising with haulage suppliers and freight forwarders to arrange transport and deliveries.   The ideal Hire Coordinator / Logistics Coordinator will have / be. A keen eye for detail and excellent time management and communication skills. Organisational skills Self-motivated and team player. Ability to liaise at all levels with various people. Experienced in planning / scheduling. Ability to multitask. Strong communication skills. Competent in using Microsoft Office. Attention to detail is essential. Flexibility to work in the warehouse to complete stock checks only. Previous experience within an engineering company would be advantageous but not essential.
