Care Taker


GSL Education is seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for our educational facilities. Key Responsibilities: Conducting regular inspections of premises to identify and address maintenance issues. Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs. Ensuring the security of the premises by locking and unlocking doors, windows, and gates. Respond promptly to any emergencies, such as plumbing or electrical issues. Coordinating with external contractors for larger maintenance projects as needed.Requirements: Previous experience in a caretaker or facilities management role is preferred. Strong practical skills with the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
