Mechanical Engineering Trainer North Staffordshire Up to £39,717 p/a Full-time, permanent We are working with an education provider in the North Staffordshire area who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Trainer to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis. The role will mostly involve delivering hands-on Mechanical Engineering workshop skills to Machining and CNC learners on their level 2/3 programme. However, they would also like someone who would be comfortable delivering some of the Mechanical Engineering Theory teaching in the classroom as well. They would be able to offer upskilling on the engineering theory side of things if this is something that you required. The starting salary for this position is up to £39,717 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), and the package would also include a teacher's pension (with employer contributions of 23.4%), and an extensive non-term time holiday allocation of between 40 and 50 days (plus Bank Holidays). To be eligible for the position, you MUST have: -A level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering -Industrial experience of machining and CNC operation Please note that the education provider can look at candidates who don't yet have a teaching qualification, as they would be able to put you through one while you're working with them.
