Site Engineer - DC

Salter Grange is actively recruiting a skilled Site Engineer to join a dynamic project team for an exciting 2.5-year assignment in North London.   The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the site project team on a Data Centre Project, setting out the construction works on site and ensuring that all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.   The Data Centre sector, known as the fastest-growing sector in Construction, presents a unique opportunity for professionals seeking impactful projects. Site Engineer Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Project Manager/Senior Engineer for day-to-day site technical and engineering needs, including RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings, and Design Team Workshops. Maintain an understanding of the project timeline, providing necessary documents and information to facilitate timely completion by the Project Team and Sub-contractors. Identify information gaps, propose solutions, and coordinate with the site and design team for timely resolution. Foster strong relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and the supply chain. Site Engineer Requirements: Engineering Degree qualification. Proficiency in construction techniques, encompassing setting out, survey & level, with a grasp of temporary works co-ordination.
