Procurement Administrator


Manpower is now recruiting for a Procurement Administrator for one of our major clients based in Manchester Trafford Park. This job role is for a minimum of 9 months, with the potential for extension/permanent contract. Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 - Hybrid model (2 days in the office) As a Procurement Administrator you will be responsible for the following duties: 1. Monitor the procurement mailbox and respond to internal & external queries 2. Update / add price lists on Concur 3. Vendor set up and amendment on Concur including credit checking vendors 4. Business account administration (account settings, users, reports, payment verification, answer user queries) 5. Reconcile client accounts to purchasing card monthly 6. Top up tolls and tunnels accounts via online portals 7. Maintain purchasing documentation (contracts, compliance certs, etc) 8. Support adherence to procurement policies 9. Liaise with our buildings compliance service provider and raise purchase orders for compliance services at vehicle bases 10. Raise miscellaneous purchase orders as required (e.g., office tea/coffee/stationery) 11. Update users on Enterprise car portal Along with any ad-hoc general administrative tasks as and when required.
