MSP Recruitment Business Partner


Do you have the desire to connect the best talent with a global client? We are currently seeking an MSP Recruitment Business Partner to partner with one of our major oil & gas clients in Aberdeen. The prime goal will be to maintain and increase a standard of excellence with one of our largest and most strategic MSP accounts, acting as an interlink between our internal team and the client. The role will be based in our clients’ office in Aberdeen. What you’ll be doing: Acquire a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and requirements Build and maintain trusted relationships with all key stakeholders in the client, through regular face to face meetings across the UK (Aberdeen and London), with additional travel as required. Act as overall point of escalation to resolve any issues and problems faced by the client within SLA’s, building a high level of trust Driving new process improvement initiatives to continue to grow our service offerings Prepare regular MI reports according to client specifications and key account metrics, analysing trends and areas of improvement where possible Participate in regular governance meetings with the client Identify and define client specific processes for managed service. RPO, recruitment, onboarding and workforce management, seeking opportunities to enhance where possible.   Ensure all internal team are fully compliant with the process. Responsible for managing onsite MSP team, driving standards of excellence and identifying any needs for improvement. Managing MSP vendors through regular meetings, monitoring KPI’s and SLA’s and ensuring contractual responsibilities are being met. Oversee at a high level all recruitment processes, continually looking to work towards best practice and also seeking opportunities for improvement.To be considered you need: Proven experience as a key account manager in recruitment MSP experience preferred Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs Strong communication skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all levels Excellent organization skills Must possess a solid understanding of HR practices as they relate to recruiting, interviewing, performance management, and knowledge of applicable employment laws for temporary workers/consultants Demonstrated success at driving/executing business process Utilizes effective project management skills  Proven problem solving and root cause analysis skills   Strong analytical and attention to detail skills Can effectively manage a team of up to 5 employees Strong knowledge of data capture and timely reporting on key metrics What you'll get: Extremely competitive basic salary with a strong bonus scheme Generous WFH (working from home) policy 1 paid day for charity activity with regular opportunities to participate in charity events 32 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) which increases by 1 day each year up to a maximum of 37 days Opportunity to purchase 5 days holiday each year Full training plan and guidance Clear career progression path and regular training and development Life insurance from day 1 of employment Company salary sacrifice pension scheme (4% employee contribution; 4% employer contribution) 4pm finish on Fridays Cycle Work Scheme Christmas close down Fun, lively environment with plenty of staff events - Office Social Committee that organises regular team events, social gatherings and wellness groups.
