Project Manager – Residential Developer £65 – 68k plus car/car allowance 15% bonus opportunity Coalville About the Company: Our client is an award-winning residential developer who pride themselves on their excellent sites across the country. They are proud of their 5-star status and have previously won medium size house builder of the year. Our client puts sustainability first and heavily believes in lowering the carbon footprint. About the Role: We are currently searching for a Project Manager to work on a project close to Coalville. As Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful and safe completion of the project, making sure all deadlines are met. You will drive forward health and safety and continually improve on it. Hold regular site meetings with subcontractors and be on top of any issues which may cause delay reporting to the right team member. Lead by example and have the necessary man management skills to lead your team. You will also be responsible for liaising with architects, engineers and any other additional consultant. As a Project Manager it is crucial you can identify areas of overspending and save the business money. About the benefits / rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of £65,000 - £68,000. In addition to the basic salary there will be benefits including car/car allowance, plus a bonus scheme.
