Job Title: Production Operative Location: Winsford Industrial Estate Shift: Front End Days - 3 on 4 off<-> 4 on 3off (Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday, Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday) OR Back End Days - 3 on 4 off<-> 4 on 3off (Week 1: Wednesday to Saturday, Week 2: Thursday to Saturday) Pay Rates: £10.72/h weekdays, £11.92 weekends Job Type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement About Us: Our client is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the production industry, specialising in the creation of high-quality closing and accessories. We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our team and contribute to the success across the departments. Responsibilities: * Operate machinery and equipment in the sublimation, polymarks, and cut&sew departments. * Ensure the efficient and accurate production of closing and accessories. * Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards. * Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company specifications. * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements: * Previous experience in production is essential. * Demonstrated proficiency in general computer skills and a comfortable level of familiarity with common software and tools. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and quality. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Flexibility to work the specified shift pattern.
