- CSCS Card Blue above is essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Asbestos Awareness is essential
- Manual Handling certificate is essential
- Working at Heights certificate is essential
- Recent DBS is essential
- Demonstrates competence in using employee portals for recording hours worked
