Site Supervisor

I'm looking for a proactive and reliable Site Supervisor / Camp Warden to support the day-to-day running of staff accommodation. Based in a beautiful Chichester location, this role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, people-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

• Maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning staff accommodation

• Carry out minor repairs and report maintenance issues

• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies

• Support staff wellbeing and respond to any concerns

• Welcome new arrivals and assist with site induction

• Help organise occasional social and welfare activities

• Provide assistance during medical incidents (e.g. transport to clinic)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Friendly, professional, and organised

• Basic maintenance knowledge

• Flexible and able to work independently

• Clean UK driving licence (Category B)

• Good level of spoken and written English
