The School and Role
Vision for Education is seeking caring and flexible Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Northampton on a supply basis . Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis to suit your availability. You ll be supporting pupils in the classroom, working one-to-one or in small groups, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have:

• A recognised Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

• Previous experience working in a UK primary school setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A calm, adaptable, and proactive approach

• An understanding of how to support children with a range of needs
