This position is assigned to an account or a group of accounts and is responsible for the daily support, leadership of the account needs and the interaction between Sales and the internal teams. The development of quote proposals, offering of technical advice, evaluating account profitability and overall health, proactive communication, and management of all manners of commercial and technical issues, and advocating for the account within the business are routine for these assigned accounts.
