Job role: Teaching Assistant Level 3 Primary School
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Salary: GBP95 - GBP105 per day
Job Type: Full-Time (Mon Fri, Term Time Only)

Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistan t - Level 3 looking to make a meaningful impact in the classroom? Value Education is seeking a dedicated TA to join a thriving and supportive primary school in Manchester from September 2025.

You will work alongside teachers to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 , depending on your experience and preference. You ll be providing targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

• Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving their full potential

• Deliver tailored interventions in literacy, numeracy, and other key areas

• Assist in classroom preparation, resource creation, and pupil supervision

• Collaborate closely with teachers and SENCO to meet pupils learning needs

• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting

• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development

• A caring, proactive, and positive approach to learning support

• DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through us)
