Job Title: Site Manager - Fire Safety Project

Location: Swansea
Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 58 weeks)
Start Date: End of April 2025

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fire safety project in Swansea, covering the installation of fire alarms and fire doors. The project is valued at GBP1million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily site operations
• Conducting inductions and toolbox talks
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
• Preparing and managing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS
• CSCS card
• First Aid certification
• Previous experience managing fire safety or similar projects preferred
