We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Customer Service Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Avonmouth. Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the service department
• Book in vehicles for service, repair, and maintenance
• Liaise with workshop staff to ensure updates are communicated clearly
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Raise job cards and invoices accurately
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Skills and Qualifications for a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor

Essential

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service-based role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills and the ability to use internal systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Desirable

• Experience working within an automotive or commercial vehicle environment
• Knowledge of vehicle service processes
