Excellent opportunity for a candidate with confident electronic fault finding and repair skills to work for a growing manufacturer. We are happy to consider experienced candidates or graduates for this role who wants to work in a hands on position. You will be responsible for diagnosing and rectifying faults on a range of electrical and electronic equipment, recommending solutions.

The role:

• Diagnosing and analysing failures down to component level
• Operation of various testing equipment
• Running automated test procedures
• Completion of test reports and tracing root cause of a failure

• Working to and developing defined test procedures
• Supporting R & D with feedback on faults and recommending fixes where possible
• Undertaking rework and repair

You will:

• Hold a relevant Electronics qualification
• Have extensive experience in electronics assembly, testing and diagnostics and repair
• Be able to work with R & D to recommend improvements
• Confident knowledge of control systems
• Able to read and understand electronic drawings and schematics
• Excellent cross functional team working skills
