We are currently seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated and flexible team in Cambridge. This is a full-time role for a passionate professional who is committed to delivering outstanding care and early years education to children aged 0-5 years.

Please note: Only candidates with a full and valid Level 3 Childcare qualification will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities based on children's individual and group developmental needs.
• Support children's growth and development through positive interactions and a nurturing environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating setting that promotes exploration and learning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, offering regular updates on progress and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

Requirements

• Essential: Full and valid Level 3 Qualification in Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
