Plumber

I'm looking for a Plumber for a Social Housing contract replacing Kitchens and Bathrooms in tenanted properties in Bolton. This is a 2 year contract with a real long string of work for the right person. A labourer will rip out the existing Bathroom suite beforehand

The Plumber will be expected to:

Replace WC
Replace Bath
Replace Basin
Install Heated Towel Rail
Connect Shower

Ideally, I'm looking to speak to a Plumber that has:

Their own tools and transport
Experience on social housing contracts

And in return, the Plumber will receive:

220 a day
Weekly pay, CIS
2 years worth of work
