Caretaker

Professional and experience property caretakers required to work with leading Monmouthshire based local council.

My client is looking for a number of experience caretakers to our their leading property maintenance division based from Monmouthshire.

Work will include general properties maintenance, cleaning, basic repairs and maintenance as well as removals work. This will be on conuncil owned domestic properties across the Monmouth region.

Job details:

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months

Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday

Pay rate: 14.10 per hour

Location: Monmouth

Requirements:

Previous cleaning, caretaking and property maintenance experience

Must be phyiscally fit for work

Ideally Full Uk driving license but not esseintial
