Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Advisor Location: Fully Remote (UK-based) Salary: GBP40,000 basic (negotiable DOE) + Commission OTE: GBP90,000+ realistic earnings Contract: Full-Time, Employed

A rare opportunity has opened with a leading, well-established mortgage brokerage that offers exceptional lead flow and uncapped earning potential writing new build mortgage business for their Scottish Clients. We're looking for a driven, tenacious Mortgage & Protection Advisor who have a proven track record of writing big business to join our high-performing remote team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor

• Consistent track record of GBP15,000+ written business per month

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

• Self-motivated, resilient, and highly driven

• Excellent client communication and conversion skills
