Are you someone who naturally takes the lead and knows how to get the best from a team? Do you enjoy the challenge of a busy production floor and take pride in keeping things running like clockwork?
We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Production or Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy team. You will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure operations run efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing day-to-day production activities including planning, stock management and customer requirements
• Leading and supporting your team to ensure a positive and high-performing working environment
• Tracking key performance indicators and maintaining quality standards while always looking for ways to improve
• Championing health and safety, ensuring all procedures are followed and incidents are reported
• Managing forklift operations and supervising vehicle loading and unloading
• Taking a hands-on approach when needed by stepping into key operational roles across the site

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a production/warehouse or manufacturing setting
• A valid forklift licence is essential
• A confident and supportive leadership style with strong team management skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and databases
• Experience in coaching and developing others on the job
