We're looking for reliable Packers to join our team and help us keep things moving while the world sleeps!

Contracted hours: 40 hours - Full Time

Working Hours: 3am - 11am (overtime is optionable)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Location: Milton Keynes

Pay: GBP14.70/hour

• Lead and oversee the mixing operations to ensure consistent product quality, food safety, and compliance with production schedules.
• Drive team performance and foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mixing team across shifts.
• Ensure recipes are followed accurately and ingredients are handled, measured, and recorded correctly.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and all internal food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor equipment performance, escalate issues, and support preventative maintenance.

• Understand mixing processes, food safety, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, BRCGS)
• Can motivate and develop people while maintaining a high-performance culture
• Are confident decision-makers with strong problem-solving skills
• Possess excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues across departments
