An established family run business with over 50 years of expertise in quality building, renovation, and landscaping services are currently expanding their team.

This organisation is enjoying considerable growth in the refurbishment sector and currently seeking General Labourers on a temporary to permanent basis.

General Labourers willing to learn new skills and progress to eventually becoming a specialist in the trades of plastering, painting, brickwork, roofing etc with an option to learn trades for a couple of years and eventually getting a rise to the wage of a specialist at that time

Projects undertaken are mainly property refurbishments that includes:

• Full property refurbishment
• Painting & Decorating
• Plastering & Rendering
• Kitchen & Bathrooms
• Carpentry & Joinery
• Tiling & Flooring
• General Building & Maintenance
• Brickwork and Repointing
• Gardening & Grounds Maintenance

Candidate profile:

• Ambitious and willing to learn trades and develop with a growing business
• Flexible and hard working
• Willing to travel
• Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport

Details, Salary and benefits:

Usual site hours Monday to Friday are 8am-4.30pm

GBP26,000-GBP27,500 per annum depending on experience

Overtime - any hours after standard 40 hour week is paid at time and a half

Weekends paid time and a half

Holiday pay

Temporary start trial period agreed and if successful will lead to a permanent placement
