General Builder / Multi Trader

An established family run business with over 50 years of expertise in quality building, renovation, and landscaping services are currently expanding their team.

This organisation is enjoying considerable growth in the refurbishment sector and currently seeking a General Builder / Multi Trader eithher on a temporary to permanent or permanent basis.

The General Builder / Multi Trader must be prepared to travel up to 1 hour radius to various projects in Wiltshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire and Van and fuel card will be supplied.

Projects undertaken are mainly property refurbishments that includes:

• Painting & Decorating
• Plastering & Rendering
• Kitchen & Bathrooms
• Carpentry & Joinery
• Tiling & Flooring
• General Building & Maintenance
• Brickwork and Repointing
• Gardening & Grounds Maintenance

Candidate profile:

• Experienced and knowledgeable of various trades including carpentry, brickwork, plastering, tiling and flooring.
• Flexible and hard working
• Willing to travel up to 1 hour radius to cover various projects in Wiltshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

Details, Salary and benefits:

Usual site hours Monday to Friday are 8am-4.30pm

GBP40,000 per annum depending on experience

Van and fuel card provided

Holiday pay

Temporary start trial period agreed and if successful will lead to a permanent placement
