Welder

T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Welder to join our Client on a permanent basis in Shepshed.

Due to expansion of the business, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a small friendly team that have some fantastic growth plans.

Job Details;

• 31,200 per annum
• Annual bonus scheme
• Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:45pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm
• 40 hour working week
• Company pension scheme

Welder Role & Responsibilities include;

• Laser welding products (laser welding training will be provided).
• Completing Mig and Tig welding duties
• Completing some mechanical assembly
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Fabrication work on the products
• Quality checking the products
• Relaying build issues to the production manger
• Any other duties as required

Welder Person Specification;

• Welding experience is essential previous experience using a Laser Welder is preferred but not essential.
• Certificate or evidence of Welding training is required.
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• A good team player
• Strong attention to detail
