Conveyancing Fee Earner / Paralegal

Conveyancer - Residential Property

Location: Lichfield

Salary: GBP26,000 to GBP35,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are working with a CQS-accredited, well-established law firm, who are looking to attract an experienced Paralegal/Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their lovely office in the centre of Lichfield. Free parking is available on site.

The role would suit a paralegal with residential conveyancing fee earning experience or an NQ Solicitor, CLE or Licenced Conveyancer

The role involves:

• Working along side one other conveyancing fee earner, supported by a legal assistant
• Running your own wide-ranging caseload of residential conveyancing matters including
  • sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • transfer of equity
  • re-mortgages
  • second charges
  • land purchases
  • new build homes
  • part-exchanged properties
  • equity release
  • auction sales
  • buy to let investments
  • tenancy agreements
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third party professionals

Suitable candidates will have:

• Sound experience of running your own residential conveyancing caseload
• A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Excellent communication skills

This is a full time permanent job
