Job Location: Salford
We are looking for a Parts Sales Advisor for a Commercial Dealership in the Manchester area to join a growing team.
We welcome applicants with previous experience as, Automotive Parts Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Trade Parts Operative, Motor Factor Sales Advisor
Key Duties of the Parts Sales Advisor:
Handle incoming calls and assist front counter customers
Support workshop technicians with parts orders and queries
Manage the complete parts process from order to preparation for delivery
Communicate with customers and other dealers to ensure excellent service
Provide relief driving for same-day deliveries when required
Resolve complex parts-related queries and provide technical support
Upsell parts and services to the workshop and service teams
No two days are the same this is a varied and dynamic role offering a mix of customer service, logistics, and technical support.
Key Skills for the Parts Sales Advisor role:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Inventory control experience
Proactive sales approach and upselling ability
Experience in the truck or automotive industry
Good administrative and computer literacy skills
Analytical approach to customer queries
