We are seeking a dedicated Year 2 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school community in Leighton Buzzard this September 2025 . This is a fantastic opportunity to guide and support pupils as they progress through their KS1 journey, setting strong foundations for their future learning.

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Year 2 curriculum

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

• Differentiate teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs

• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents

• Work closely with colleagues and leadership to maintain high teaching standards and pupil outcomes

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching in KS1, ideally in a Year 2 setting (desirable but not essential)

• Solid understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum , phonics, and SATs preparation

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teaching
