M&E Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join a major €330m pharmaceutical construction project in Tralee. Working directly on-site with the principal contractor, you ll play a key role in delivering a €30m mechanical package as part of a large-scale fill-finish facility. Role Overview: Full-time, site-based position Involvement in all post-contract commercial activities including cost control, subcontract management, valuations, and variations Collaborate closely with the main contractor, client, and project teams Candidate Profile: 3+ years experience as a Mechanical QS in building services or pharmaceutical sectors Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of mechanical systems Available for long-term work in Kerry
