Job Title: HR Consultant

Location: Walton Oaks or Remote

Contract: Until end of October

Hours: 37.5 per week

Rates: 20-24 per hour

Job Description

SRG are looking for a HR consultant to join a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces paper-based consumer products. This role is responsible for handling employee relations cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Building out slates for new roles
• Meeting with impacted employees within the company (about 260 total)
• Scheduling the one-on-one meetings
• Conducting the conversations and taking notes
• Providing consultant services to impacted employees
• Following up with employees after the meetings have occurred
• Filling out any paperwork as required and performing follow up to ensure it's completed/submitted properly
• Fielding any consulting questions as needed

Experience and Qualifications

• Seasoned in role with demonstrable experience.
  Keen to expand ER knowledge
  CIPD Level 5.
  
  Desirable criteria:
  FMCG/Manufacturing ER experience.
  High volume disciplinary and LTS absence management experience
• Experience using workday is desirable
