We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled Team Leader to oversee the monitoring of a live Oracle HCM-based production system. This critical role ensures service stability through Real Time monitoring, incident management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Oracle HCM systems using tools like BSM
• Identify and escalate issues impacting SLAs
• Analyse performance metrics and generate reports
• Collaborate with IT and support teams
• Drive process improvements and mentor team members

What You'll Need:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM, OLTP, batch processing, and ITIL
• Experience with BSM or similar monitoring tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Prior experience in production monitoring environments

Success Metrics:

• Consistent SLA compliance
• Timely and actionable reporting
• Leadership in maintaining ESR system stabilit
